Products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.
Prices and payment
Prices and promotions can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping, and we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order. Orders
Your order confirmation email confirms that we've received your order; it isn't yet an acceptance. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
Discounts and promotions
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can be used once per order unless stated otherwise, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos and design, belongs to Bressanti or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Comments and submissions
We may use any suggestions or feedback you send us, without restriction or payment. You're responsible for what you submit.
Third-party services
Payments and deliveries are handled by third-party providers, whose own terms also apply. We aren't responsible for their websites or services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any loss caused by your breach of these terms or misuse of our website.
Termination
We may end your access to our website if you break these terms. Anything you already owe us, and any rights you already have, still apply.
